Rob Hannemann holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering from MIT and has 20+ years of high technology research, engineering, and management experience in electronics packaging and cooling, semiconductor design and manufacturing, and photonics with Corning, Lasertron, and Digital Equipment. A former engineering professor at the University of Maryland, Rob is a recognized expert in electronics cooling with numerous publications and 3 patents in the field. |

Bob DeHoff is responsible for TF&F’s product sales and marketing efforts. Bob has a proven track record of helping to grow thermal management companies/divisions over the last 15 years. He has held management positions in engineering, business development, and sales throughout his career. . Bob has authored numerous technical papers and holds 3 U.S. patents relating to thermal management. |
